Material is cold drawn steel wire, cold rolled commercial quality carbon sheet steel, commercial quality hot rolled steel carbon, sheets and strips, zinc coating (hot-dipped) on assembled steel parts, item is a rigid wire box structure welded to a mk3-0 pallet base and is equipped with a removable lid captured on one side by two heavy duty chains.The crate also features hasps provided on three sides to allow insertion of security seals and/or padlocks, and two strap type handles in the lid to facilitate removal and closing of the lid.The mod 1 has a safe working load of 4, 00 lbs, item is used for stowing highly piliferable ammunition items, item is 49.00 in. Lg., 41.00 in. H., 35.50 in. W., empty wt. Is 155.00 lbs, the mk108-1 crate can also be used for shipping and storage of ammunition
