For items which are specifically compounded to provide electrical insulating characteristics, use insulating compound, electrical. Excludes caulking compound; gasket cement; corrosion preventive compound; cement, iron and steel; plumbing fixture setting compound; preservative coating, rubber and textile treating compounds.
