Special Features:

Shall be a clean, disposable, polyvinyl combination (double lumen) esophageal/tracheal tube kit, size 41 fr, for emergency intubation of patient by providing sufficient ventilation whether placed in esophagus or trachea; supplied with 2 irrigation syringes, size 20 ml and 140 ml, and 1 suction catheter; tube shall contain 2 cuffs - pharyngeal cuff and distal cuff pilot balloon, each tube shall be clearly marked to delineate which cuff is attached to which tube; each tube lumen shall have 15/22 mm connector attached; kink-resistant construction w/smoothly rounded edges, free of blisters, shrink marks or other defects; meet ansi and astm standards; individually packaged in peel-open package; unit of issue shall be package of 4 kits; if subject item is not stored in climate controled enviroment (cce) for a month or more then the shelf life shall be cut in half; destruction after 60 months.
