Brush welding analyzer , item consists of 3 principle components housed in mobile cart which can be easily moved on its large 4 inch casters; one channel of a brush double channel oscillograph p/n bl-262-a electric or ink writing is used in combination with a brush dc amplifier p/n bl-550 modified to record the amount, amplitude .

Item consists of 3 principle components housed in mobile cart which can be easily moved on its large 4 inch casters; one channel of a brush double channel oscillograph p/n bl-262-a electric or ink writing is used in combination with a brush dc amplifier p/n bl-550 modified to record the amount, amplitude and duration of the weld current; the other channel of the oscillograph in combination with a brush universal amplifier p/n bl-520 is used to record the pressure of the electrode-the pre-compression or forge pressure and the weld pressure
