Obturator; disposable scalpel; silk suture; 5 gauze pads, 4 by 4 in.; 18 gage, 2-1/2 in. Long thin-wall needle; 3 way luer lock stopcock; ampule 1% lidocaine hcl; 3 povidone iodine swabsticks; 3 towels; towel clamp; and csr wrap
