Battery shall be sealed, maintenance-free nickel cadmium or lead acid that provides 50 watts; recharged within 24 hours after 90 minute discharge; low-voltage disconnect; polarized battery connector; battery charging system that uses a step-down isolation transformer; rated to provide sufficient power to 12 vdc lamps to illuminate them at a rating of 24 watts for period of 30 minutes
