Properties:

A system of transportable picture and sound equipment which performs the following headquarters studio functions in connection with psychological warfare operations: (1) provides means to produce indigenous films and/or rescore existing films in foreign languages through the use of magnetically stripped motion picture film; (2) provides a complete re-recording facility enabling the mixing and duplication of magnetic film and tape sound track from photographically recorded track, tape, disk, radio, and microphones; (3) provides a field type of magnetic stripping device for motion picture film.
