Properties:

A collection of items required to provide electric power and also furnish facilities for control and distribution. It must consist of two or more rotating power sources, such as generator sets or motor-generators which may be driven by motors or prime movers, such as diesel or gasoline engines. It may include accessories, such as batteries or battery chargers.
