Stitching is with size e thread unless otherwise specified per astm d6193 as follows: size e, type 301, 7-11 spi; size e, type 308, 7-10 spi; size e, bartack, 42 stitches; size 5, type 301, 4-6 spi; stitching shall be backstitched 1/2 inch unless turned under in a hem or secured by other stitching; all stitching to be 1/8 inch from edge or spaced 1/8 inch apart, unless otherwise specified; fuse exposed ends of nylon webbing and tapes to prevent fraying but avoid sharp edges; tolerances shown on drawing 11-1-7057; webbing leg offset to be not more than 1/4 difference; max allowable difference between -3 and -4 riser not to exceed 1/2
