The integrated throttle control assembly shall be an automatic throttle input control device consisting of two independent, manually operated, port and starboard throttle control levers connected to transducers; each throttle control lever shall be capable of mechanically actuating eleven sensors; weight 50 lbs; service adjustable mechanical stops with locking feature shall be provided at the following positions: ahead 95 to 119 percent of design full ahead throttle; back -32 to -45 percents of back travel; the mechanical stops shall be capable of withstanding 300 inch-pounds of torque applied to the throttle lever
