Metal, consists of offset upright 68 inches high; with clamp brackets fastening to head end of bed; pivot bar attached to upright, bent at two 45 degree angles to extend at right angle not less than 30 inches over bed; 12 inch long hand grip, attached to 20 inch adjustable height link chain with adjustable locking clamp; and wall bumper; adjustable to 5 positions, center of bed, 45 degrees from center, or over either side of bed to assist patient in transferring from bed to chair. For beds with solid or slotted metal ends
