Diameter counter bores to a depth of 0.438 in., 0.686 in. Flange lg, 0.375 in. Hub lg, 0.500 in. W by 0.062 in. Deep groove around face of flange bisecting mtg holes, 125 microinch finish all over, collar is evenly split with 3/32 saw after machining
