Item is 6ft long with 3.5mm stereo male right-angle connector on one end and rj-45 connector on the other. Tip and ring of the stereo plug terminate onpin 1 of the rj45 connector, and the sleeve terminates on pin 2 of the rj45 connector. Pins 3-8 or the rj45 are not used
