Side sapi pouch is a one size fits all sapi plate carrier pouch used with the outer tactical vest (otv) and the usmc full specturm battle equipment (fsbe) best to provide ballistic protection under the arms; pouch will hold a 6 x 8 armor plate; plate can be worn in vertical or horizontal position; there are two 4 inch wide straps sewn into the interior of the pocket; two 4 inch wide straps are sewn into the interior pocket; three loops on either side of pocket and molle attachment strap; one on each side
