Properties:

The linear motion of the hydraulically or pneumatically operated power piston and shaft is converted to rotary motion in the output shaft through such linkage as rack and pinion, pin and yoke, a connecting link, and the like. Excludes hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and screwjacks.
