This tool is required to tighten the no. 3 bearing and bevel gear support tierod nut, front, and the no. 1 bearing outer race housing. This tool isused for maintenance on the f117-pw-100 engine. This adapter consists of a 0.437 in. 12 point socket with a centerdetail having a 1/4 in. Square drive, which turns independent of the outer socket.
