1adapter is required to polish 1st stage turbine blade retaining plate p/n 4069990 to restore the forward arm front surface for eddy current inspection (eci); adapter is used with retaining plate installed in pwa71936 fixture mounted on pwa71991 polish machine rotary table with forwrad flange "up"; adapter consists of a tool body that connects to a polish machine army at one end and has a foot end for retaining fine or ultra-fine scotch brite polishing pads; 4.0 in wide, 4.0 in deep, 3.0 in high
