Zadapter is required to polish 1st stage turbine blade retaining plate p/n 4069990 to restore the rear inner radius surface for eddy current inspection (eci); adapter is used with retainign plate installed in pwa 71936 fixture mounted on pwa71991 polish machine rotary table with aft flange "up"; adapter consists of a tool body that connects to a polish machine arm at one end and has a foot end for retaining fine or ultra-fine scotch brite polishing pads; 4.0 in wide, 4.0 deep, 3.5 in high
