Shall be designed and constructed to accurately measure the level of liquid petroleum in collapsabile coated fabric tactical fuel storage tanks, accuracy shall be 1/8 inch, shall measure; and convert liquid level to gallons at 60 degrees farenheit and transmit inventory data via hardwire communication to a measurement receiver, hardwire shall not be less than 70 feet and no more than 100 feet
