Provides a visual language content to assist with weapon, person, and vehicle identification and scenarios such as hostage reward, smuggling, ambush, detainee search, traffic stops and criminal activity, as well as basic travel communication. The card also contains basic improvised explosive device (ied) identification visual language, and has essential words and phrases translated into iraqi arabic, kurdish and farsi, and written with phonetic spellings so that english speakers can achieve basic spoken communication
