Heat treat collar age to t6 condition per mil-h-6088 and washer to age h1025 for 17-4ph, age to th1050 condition for 17-7ph and 15-7mo per mil-h-6875; no lubricant on washer; color finish anodize color brown; go thread gage penetration shall be 3/4 on one revolution after thread lock; surface texture 125 microinches per ansi b46.1-1978; dimentions apply after finish; disigned for use with protruding shear head and 100 degrees flush shear head pins; collar shall be used with alluminum structural material only at temp no exceeding 350 degrees f; for use on sloped surfaces up to 7 degrees max on standard and 1/64 oversize pins
