Item has one open end and is pre-formed to create a 24deg 40min bend downward approx 8.163 in from open end. 6 drilled holes--2 holes nom diameter 0.312 in, 2 holes nom diameter 0.098 in, 2 holes nom diameter 0.167 in. One cut hole, square, 0.700 in by 0.700 in nom
