Round mtg plate is welded to base plate and is 4.010 in. Dia, 1.000 in. Thk, lever is mtd through opening in mtg plate w/ball bearing and pin on lever support arm. On one end of lever a notch is provided to locate/support weight and on opposite end the shoe type configuration contacts the valve actuator. A locating bar is welded to support and is used to position the valve actuator
