Properties:

An item consisting of a coil of insulating tubing for the purpose of containing a column of liquid. This liquid is used to cool an element at a high electrical potential from ground (such as the plate of an electron tube or a high wattage resistor), and the column is of such length as to provide resistance sufficient to reduce the leakage of current between the element at high potential and the low-potential cooling system to a negligible value.
