Printed on outside of front leaf, "administrative records" and two outlined boxes (matrice) to aid in placement of pow and service-connected labels; printed at right end of tab with two black digits which correspond to the two color-coded digits applied to right vertical edge of back leaf; below the two digits is a line extending from right to left for a distance of 3 inches; the right vertical edge of back leaf is reinforced and is the location of the digital system color band; two mylar-coated color bands with c0rresponding digits (digits to be specified by ordering activity) are affixed to edge so that digits are visible from either side of folder; space is available above the digits for attaching two separate pressure-sensitive color bands; front leaf is 3/4 in. Narrow on right side to permit viewing of color bands from front side of folder
