Properties:

A powered hand tool used for clay digging, breaking frozen ground, demolition of concrete paving, and the like. The unit has a non-rotating chuck through which a piston, or any other percussion system, imparts hammer-like blows to various types of accessories such as chisels, spades, picks, backfill tamping pads, and frost wedges.
