Properties:

The bucket loads itself by being pulled toward the crane unit and is emptied by a tilting action, the long crane boom affording a wide digging and dumping radius. It is commonly used for excavating and dredging operations at a considerable distance from the crane, such as widening streams and rivers, building levees, and excavating ditches.
