General Description
The kennel cover shall be fitted over the shipping crate to keep the military working dog dry and to protect them from adverse weather which might be encountered during deployments. It shall consist of an insulated water resistant cover with a front door flap and two side window flaps that allow ventilation and easy access to the crate. The kennel cover shall also cover the bottom of the kennel. The kennel cover shall provide a snug fit that does not flap or move with the flow of the wind.
