Plate has eleven 0.375" diameter through holes with eight holes 45deg apart on a 2.38" diameter circle with top and bottom holes on the vertical center line, and three holes on a 1.25" diameter circle with one hole centered 53deg above the horizontal center line on the left side of the vertical center line; the second hole centered 37deg above horizontal center line on the right side of the vertical center line, and the third hole centered 7deg to the left of the vertical center line and below the horizontal center line, and a through center hole 0.377" diameter with top side of center hole flat 0.128" above horizontal center line
