General Description
Consists of a rotor which rotates with wheel through a drive coupling mounted inside the wheel hubcap in a stator that is mounted to the wheel axle; stator is energized by dc power from anti-skid control unit; wheel rotation generates ac voltage through transducer which is superimposed on the dc energizing voltage; the degree of this generated voltage is directly proportional to wheel speed and is sent to anti-skid controller
