To provide access to relay contacts in wing junciton box p/n da132m802-1, to provide necessary access to relay contacts: at 0-level breakout box will interface between aircraft wiring and wing junction box; at i-level connectors that interface the aircraft wiring will be capped and 28v DC provided through banana jacks
