Expander Tube BrakeProperties:
A brake consisting essentially of the following: a. A frame designed to fit over and be attached to the torque flange of the axle, and having provisions for housing an expander tube and brake blocks. b. An expander tube which is a flat rubber tube designed to be filled with brake fluid and thereby force brake blocks against the brake drum. c. Brake blocks which may be cemented to the expander tube or fitted into the frame above the expander tube.
