Built-in type identification automatically identifies this device as a cmx-2 to the control panel; internal circuitry and relay powered directly by 2-wire slc loop; nac configuration use second loop notification appliance power; integral led -blinks- each time a communication is received from the control panel; (this optional feature is available on the afp1010/am2000/afp200 equipped with revision 5 software); led blink may be deselected globally (affects all devices) on the afp1010 and am2020 equipped with revision 5 software
