The telemetry doppler system has the capability of measuring telemetered freqs w/an accuracy of better than 1 x 1 (-11) . Critical equipment and digital control and formatting are all referenced to an ultrastable 10mhz oscillator phase-locked to a cesium freq std. The measurement data are formatted and sent via a modem as a relative velocity input to the real time solution for the instantaneous impact point
