Standard manhole ring with locking cover molded from expansion cast abs thermoplastic for use in non traffic areas, ring is 30.500 in. Dia, 5 in. High, with 4 0.750 in, dia bolt holes on a 28 in. Diameter bolt center, cover is 23.375 in. Diameter with non skid surface, cover pick up hole on each side, four tapered locking lugs are cast into the cross ribbing on the underside of the cover, four 1 in. By 2 in. By 1/2 in. Deep recess for steel turn lock tool, clockwise turn lock
