The mcs-5 will be used with dupont axarel 32 semi-aqueous cleaning agent useing "spray under immersion" wash technology.The system is a 5 stage modular unit set up to utilize heated axarel 32 in the first wash tank, three rinse stages using heated deionized water, and a dryer stage. The final rinse stage is configured to rinse using axarel 2200 or isopropyl alcohol as wellas the deionized water noted above
