Rbm interfaces with the receive terminal to receive transponder streams, the streams are then decrypted, if neccessary, into appropriate component data and video streams & files that are routed to user systems. The system tracks, receives, amplifies, and down converts signals from satellites and routes them to the receive broadcast manage (rbm)
