Ent fluid from the assembly shall meet the cleanliness requirement of mil-std-1246 level 200 when effluent fluid is cleaned to or exceeds mil-std-1246 level 200. Force required to connect coupling halves with no fluid present is 41lbs each ref.(two per assembly)
