1.5 inch heavy gauge aluminum frame coated with a highly chemical and chip resistant paint. The litter bed material is made of nonofilament polypylene and is flame and chemical resistant to withstand harsh decontamination solutions. Litter to meet safe-to-fly vibration tests, hot/cold test, altitude test and rapid decompression and flight test.
