Wheels; automatic switch over to 24 volt dc power; packed in a reusable container; for field surgical procedures; may be assembled or disassembled without tools; light shall be supplied with flexible power cord that is a three conductor, number 18 american wire gage or heavier, and shall be 8 ft. In length as measured from plug to plug; lamp shall be rated to last a of 500 hrs and be replaced within one minute by one person without tools
