Properties:

A fabric made of various fibers which have been matted, pressed and rolled, or woven, napped and felted. Furnished in widths greater than 6 inches (152.4 millimeters) and at least 0.10 inch (2.54 millimeters) thick. It includes bulk felt material cut to specific lengths of over 12 inches (304.8 millimeters) or in a continuous roll. See also cloth, felt.
