Properties:

A flat, circular disk or ring shaped mass of tangled, woven or matted steel wool, nylon web material, or the like, designed for use under the brushes of electric floor polishing and scrubbing machines of the disk type. The flat surface is the buffing surface. Excludes pad, polishing and rubbing.
