Cable assembly, sp elect w10 (spec cont dwg 77a561753p001, 03538); all conductors shall be layed up, twisted, helically on a cable machine; fillers per mil-i-631; cable core shall be wrapped with mylar tape per mil-631 as a barrier; cable shall have a tinned copper double branded shield applied by a branding machine directly on cable core using number 34 or number 36 awg wire; shield to connector shell dc resistance shall be less than 0.001 ohm; connector ends and breakout junctions shall be molded using black polyurethane per mil-m-24041 type ii
