Pad is made from 1.250 inch stock aluminum (qq-a-250, aly 5061, t651); four holes 0.406 inch in diameter are drilled through in two rows of two holes, centered 1.000 and 3.000 inches from left edge and 0.866 and 2.268 inches from bottom; holes are countersunk 82 degrees to depth of 0.190 inch; one surface is rounded out (radius of 10.560 inches from point 11.020 inches from other parallel surface; then polyurethane molding and potting compound (mil-m-24041, cat a, ty i) is adhered to the rounded out surface
