Special Features:

Consists of drum housing, brake assembly, ball jacksrcrew, and a spring cartridge assembly. The mechanism housing contains the cable drum, brake mechanism and shaft. The cable drum is connected directly to the shaft. The cable drum receives rotary motion from the control cable system and converts it to alinear force which positions the inboard aileron trim tab. A flange flat, normal to the length of the shaft, engages the braking mechanism. The braking mechanism provides rotation in one direction to prevent loss of aileron trim
