Modified filter shall conform to the wavelength and transmission requirements under the following conditions: humidity: (per 4.5.8 of mil-c-675) continuous exposure for 24hrs in atmosphere of 120 and 98% relative humidity, (per 4.5.10 of mil-c-675) after exposure to the humidity environment, coating shall withstand a 20 rub abrasion resistance test, (per 4.5.12 of mil-m-13508) no part of coating shall be removed when cellulose tape is pressed against the surface and slowly removed, (per 4.5.7 of mil-c-675) the coating shall withstand emmersion for a period of 24hrs in a solution of water and common salt; the mixture shall be 6oz of salt per gallon of water at room temperature
