Bite rf circuitry provides a means of self-testing the receiver system; generates an rf signal at selectable amplitudes with modulation provided by the acoustic test signal generator (atsg) module; calibrated bite signal is switched sequentially through two bite outputs to provide fault isolation within the receiver system

Properties:

Serves as the switch unit which provides rf input selection and if signal routing. It selects one of three rf inputs from appropriate antennas. The if signal from the microwave tuner is power divided internal to the unit and provided on two output ports which are further routed to their appropriate location.
