Special Features:

Heat detector, 200 degrees f, rate compensated; thermal detectors respond only to excessive heat, which is assumed to be generated from a flaming fire. The thermal detectors used with the hillersafe system are rate compensated. This type of thermal detector compensates for the expected thermal lag associated with ordinary thermal detectors, and therefore responds faster; distance area protected is 2500 square feet; surface treatment is epoxy coating.
