Functional Description
Portable, laboratory or shop use, general purpose, employs an audio bridge w/power-sensitive element in one arm, bridge initially balanced w/out r-f power in the element. As r-f power is applied the equivalent in audio power is automatically removed and the bridge remains in balance. Calibrated to show r-f power. Reads directly in db or mw on a 3-inch scale. Calibration islinear in mw. May be used at any frequency for which there are bolometer mounts to couple the power-sensitive element externally. Adjustable bias, independent of the bridge voltages. Adjustment may be made for positive or negative thermal coefficient elements and to accomodate 100- or 200-ohm resistances
