Consists of a steel base plate with a machined pilot ring that is welded onto the plate and interfaces with the inside diameter of the shaft; base plate has 2 pin holes; a stainless steel conical shaped tube is bolted to a top plate; a long stud with a pinned knob; a stainless steel angle ring bolted to the base plate; test coupons located on the top of the fixture; 2 found bond test buttons which are held in place by 2 polytetrafluoroethylene holders; flat plate coupons held in place by 4 polytetrafluoroethylene holders; this item is 14.700 inch by 14.700 inch by 5.000 inch and weighs approximately 34 pounds
